there are many paths to enlightenment and no unique right or incorrect way to get there. essentially it’s far about going within, working in your mind and perception systems and tapping into your subconscious thoughts.

There becomes a time where the aware and sub conscious minds merge; wherein as before the sub conscious was hidden, but still influencing your thoughts and each day living.

To me this defines what enlightenment method, to have more awareness. One-way of accessing your sub conscious is by meditation and every day affirmations. Affirmations are stated within the now, as though it has already happened. Use words consisting of “i am” and “i’m now”, rather than “I may be” or “try to be”.

basically affirmations may be used on any area of your life that you feel wishes improvement. think of your sub aware mind as really something walking inside the background on “auto pilot”. it is only when we begin going within, does the unknown begin to become the acknowledged.

Meditation is basically focusing your mind and rationale on some thing you choice. There are no short cuts to enlightenment and it takes a few years of practice and diligence. it’s far about becoming a grasp over your body, mind and spirit and feeling empowered with this knowledge.

The ego is quite satisfied for us to play the victim through life, because it does not realize any better. In a feel our soul has to teach our ego and that is in which many people sense resistance. To come to be enlightened does not imply to ignore our ego, hoping it’ll leave.

The only way to do that is through intent. we have all been in situations, where we have permit others impact our emotions and reactions. however over time, one realizes that we also have a choice how we respond to conditions.

There are only emotions within the universe, love and worry. As a loose will human being we have the selection whether we react out of affection or fear. With exercise, we become greater in control of our mind and less likely to react to conditions in our existence. it is ok to experience worry, as we all do at sure times of our life. The trick but is not to feed the worry with poor mind and anger.

Being enlightened means to have greater awareness of your self and the existence around you. You absolutely don’t simply awaken one day enlightened. It’s a aware preference and a gradual process of processing and freeing lower emotional states. it is work in a feel, because you need to peel away layers of pain and hurt so that it will be rewarded with a better awareness.

This pain may be very old, carried from previous lifetimes or early childhood. It remains trapped in time in a experience, till we are equipped to deal with it again. With the release of old wounds, we may be rewarded with new recuperation abilities and psychic capabilities from spirit.
